Common troubleshooting steps

AI processing fails, gets stuck, or takes too long

  • Check that your internet connection is stable.
  • Try again with a smaller or clearer photo.
  • Close and reopen PixBoost, then retry the edit.
  • Update PixBoost to the latest version from the App Store.
  • Make sure your device has enough available storage.

Photos cannot be imported or saved

  • Open iOS Settings and make sure PixBoost has permission to access Photos.
  • Check that your device has enough free storage space.
  • Try saving again after restarting the app.
  • If the photo is stored in iCloud, wait until it is fully downloaded before editing.

Results do not look as expected

  • Use a higher-quality original image when possible.
  • For object removal, carefully mark only the area you want to remove.
  • For restoration or enhancement, try different photos or retake the image in better lighting.
  • AI-generated results may vary depending on image quality, lighting, face angle, background complexity, and selected style.

Subscriptions and purchases

PixBoost may offer auto-renewable subscriptions for PixBoost Pro. Pro features may include AI Enhance, Background Remover, Magic Eraser, AI Filters, Image Upscale, Old Photo Restore, and other advanced editing tools.

  • PixBoost Pro Monthly: $9.99 per month

Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple through your Apple ID account. Prices may vary by country or region and are shown in the app before purchase.

How to manage or cancel a subscription

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your Apple ID name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select PixBoost.
  5. Choose the option to manage or cancel your subscription.

Restore purchase

If you purchased PixBoost Pro but premium features are not unlocked, open PixBoost and use the restore purchase option. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Privacy and photo processing

PixBoost is designed to help you edit and enhance photos. Some features may process photos on your device, while other AI features may require secure remote processing to generate results. Please avoid uploading photos that you do not have permission to use or photos that contain highly sensitive personal information.
